Director, New Data Product

The Director, New Data Product will be responsible for bringing a new data and content product to life within Tegus. You will sell, design, experiment, and build a new data product that our customers love while working cross functionally to help bring the product to life. You will gather customer feedback weekly to iterate on the product and own all decisions required to execute with speed and precision. Success will be measured based on usage, engagement, and customer NPS on the new data product.

- Strategic & Long Term: Can create a multi-year view of the impact the data product has on customers, while iterating over time.

Qualifications
- 3+ years in investment management or related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including strong attention to detail.
- A natural collaborator who knows how to drive decision-making and has the ability to influence through informal authority.
- Strongly analytical self-starter with demonstrated problem-solving ability.
- Results-oriented and process-driven.
- Prior experience and success building and managing a team.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
- Flexible, can manage multiple projects at once and adapt quickly to change.
