You have hands on experience creating business value by delivering software products to market. You have managed product teams, mentored product managers, and thrive in matrixed environments where your authority comes from the influence you wield. You are an exceptional communicator, turning ambiguity into concrete action.

We are looking for an individual to challenge our processes to ensure leading practices, create consistency where it matters to drive successful delivery and business outcomes. You would guide our managers in developing individual team members as well as raising the bar for the overall product management organization. This role is a blend of tactical work, operationalizing tools and processes, and building forward looking strategy (evolution into organizational change, digital transformation, and data analytics). As a leader of the practice, you would advocate for Devbridge and product management in the local tech community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide career development, coaching, and mentorship frameworks for the product management practice, from associates to group product managers, and providing spot mentorship and coaching support as requested by managers.
  • Audit, document, evolve product management processes and artifacts.
  • Establish and execute practice training initiatives on an annual basis.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Managing Directors, and other practice leads on evolving service and practice offerings to current and prospective clients.
  • Evangelize the practice with clients and local community.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product management, successfully shipping products to market across B2B, B2C, Enterprise, Internal products
  • Experience in both consulting and software product organizations
  • Experience in scoping and sizing product investments, and quantifying business value
  • Exceptional understanding of web and mobile technologies, agile methodologies
  • High standards of quality and stellar communication and problem-solving skills
  • BS or BA degree
