How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

As a BizOps Manager, I work closely with Product, Marketing, and BizDev to identify and evaluate potential partnerships, investments, and new product features that will power VSCO's growth. I enjoy working with different subject matter experts who challenge me to assess multiple perspectives and drive alignment and clarity around key decisions.

Whitney

How do your team's ideas influence the company's direction?

Ideas come from across our whole company at VSCO - we encourage each other to speak up and ask questions on any topic, regardless of an individual's function or role. I work on our People and Places team and an idea we helped to shape recently was incorporating how we serve our customers into our previously 'internally focused' core values.
