Who we are looking for:

Our dynamic eCommerce Platform team is rapidly growing as we optimize our digital ordering channels and technology innovations to create competitive advantages for our restaurants around the globe. We are seeking a Group Product Manager whose focus will be to lead a team of Technical Products Owners (TPOs) responsible leading the cross-functional product teams in building out Yum’s eCommerce engine.

 

You will:.

· Establish a vision and strategy for the eCommerce platform, with the mindset of “CEO” of the product.

· Lead and develop a team of seven Technical Product Owners (TPOs) responsible for eCommerce product services including: Menu/Product, Store, Order, Cart, Payments, Tax, Delivery, Customer Accounts, Authentication, Authorization, Loyalty.

· Partner with the Brand technology teams (KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Habit Burger Grill), to define, drive, and deliver the eCommerce platform product that will power the brand omni-channel front-end experiences (website, mobile apps, kiosk, etc.) for Yum’s 50,000 restaurants in 145 countries.

· Closely collaborate with eCommerce Engineering to identify solutions, prioritize the product roadmap and delivery commitments to the brands.

· Foster a product culture within the eCommerce product team, establishing best practices around discovery, prototyping, continuous and rapid testing and learning, with a relentless focus on delivering customer value.

· Build a high confidence cross-product delivery plan for the brand consumers on requested features, identifying dependencies and negotiating trade-offs with the plan.

You have:

· A BS/BA degree in computer science, engineering or technology related degree

· Minimum 7 years of experience as a product owner,solution architect, software engineer, or related technology field. Experience in eCommerce highly preferred

· Strong agile product development and planning skills; with experience planning across dependent products at scale.

· Strong technical background with understanding of how front-end applications interact with back-end API services; working knowledge of REST API and GraphQL API design and usage

· Proven success managing and coaching talented product management teams

· Proven success delivering branded ecommerce digital experiencesand capabilities

· Experience with the agile development methodology and ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with aggressive development schedules

· Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, effective influencing skills
