Who we need:

As a Part-Time Product Support Specialist, you ensure the success of external customers and cross-functional internal teams by providing the highest quality of technical support. You are a problem solver, providing solutions with exceptional customer service skills. Tactfully, you use creative thinking and resources to resolve each issue.

A member of the customer success team, you will work towards establishing best practices and processes for SwipeSense customer support. Your main focus will be advocating on behalf of the customer to solve issues, both proactively and reactively. As an essential part of the customer-facing team, you would be providing great customer experiences that lead to better outcomes in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Delight: Exceed customer expectations by providing high-quality customer support via phone, email, webinar, or chat.
  • Partnership: Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Engineers, and other internal stakeholders to solve complex customer issues.
  • Product: Become a subject-matter-expert on current and future applications, through scheduled and proactive learning opportunities.
  • Organization: Develop an ongoing routine that consistently manages or escalates service desk tickets, from open to close.
  • Documentation: Develop a robust knowledge base for customers and internal partners, focused on providing simple self-service capabilities and faster resolutions.
  • Strategy: Continuously generate new ideas that improve the customer journey, driving better outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work 20 hours per week at 4 hours each day M-F.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a direct customer support role, working with complex software or hardware products.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Experience or interest in the healthcare industry
  • The desire to learn new technical skills in the IoT space
  • An entrepreneurial attitude that thrives in a growing startup
