We're a toy startup looking for some immediate help with reliability testing of our plastic parts. We are looking for a reliable hard-working individual with a flexible schedule to help us prepare our product for launch. This role is part-time, with flexible scheduling and is perfect for someone looking to fill the gaps around an existing job or school schedule. 

COVID precautions at our testing facility are taken very seriously. Social-distancing measures are followed and PPE is provided when needed. Very few people will be in the building testing at one time, so large distances between people are very easy to maintain. 

Requirements

• Comfortable entering data into a computer. Needs to be able to type data into excel, send emails, and join video meetings with rest of team
• Must be able to reliably commute to the job site in Addison, IL.
• Must be able to lift a 30lb box
• Must be able to do repeated physical actions. Examples include picking up and dropping parts repeatedly as well as disassembling and reassembling toy components
• Need to be able to stand for long periods of time

Pay and Hours

• 15$ / hour. 
• Hours are determined on an on-call basis. We will receive notice that parts will be ready to test 1-2 days in advance. With this notice, we will ask that you be able to test when the parts are ready, giving you 1-2 days notice. We will work with you and your current schedule to determine which upcoming days and hours testing will be done and to define when it must be completed by. 
• Working hours each day that testing is needed are flexible and subject to change. We estimate a testing day to be between 3 and 8 hours long depending on the number of parts and tests needed
• We estimate days per week to be 2-3, but subject to change dependent on when parts are ready for test.
• Start Date: Immediate
• End Date: End of year, but subject to extension if we have more tools ready for qualification.
