We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building the future of healthcare to lead our Reporting product development efforts. In healthcare, there is no shortage of data and information available to us, and we need a product manager to help lead the efforts for prioritizing and centralizing key pieces of data that are essential to our business and providing useful insights to our customers. As our business continues to grow, so will our needs for a an outstanding reporting platform.

As the Reporting Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for the curation, tabulation, and delivery of all reporting that we build for both internal and external partners. You will work closely with our engineering and data teams to establish a platform that can act as the centralized repository for all of our reporting needs -- both now and in the future.

What you'll do: 

  • Identify and scope business needs and translate those needs into product requirements
  • Lead your product area and run the entire product lifecycle from conception to implementation
  • Able to craft a compelling story using data to captivate our customers
  • Build and maintain the product roadmap for our reporting and data teams
  • Prioritize feature requests, improvements, and opportunities based on company goals and objectives
  • Evangelize the work of the reporting and data teams, soliciting agreement and building cross-team rapport with the rest of the organization
  • Work with the portals and analytics teams to define the reporting needs for our customers
  • Partner with the engineering team to scope vital work and ensure that features are delivered to specification
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with other product managers and business owners
  • Own the backlog of features and prioritize appropriately
  • Communicate progress to partners, functional owners, and internal team members

Your qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability of experience in product management, ideally 7+ years
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical subject area
  • Track record of successfully delivering high-impact projects 
  • Experience and familiarity with data engineering and data models either as an owner or consumer
  • Excellent problem solving and social skills
  • Experience working with partners to make tradeoff decisions and prioritize requests
  • Familiarity with enterprise software development
  • Ability to keep track of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in healthcare or health insurance is a plus!
