Principal Product Manager
Job Description
As a Principal Product Manager, you will own the entire SDLC process for the ServiceBridge product. You will own the ServiceBridge product strategy, backlog, roadmap, and be responsible for gathering and prioritizing customer feedback. You will run all Agile ceremonies with a globally distributed team, and work with developers and designers to ensure the product is defined and built in line with customer needs.
You will create and manage a product release plan, and provide customer communication associated with all product releases. You will provide product demos and presentations to the team and to customers, and monitor and communicate product health through metrics. You will also oversee all product customization Professional Services to ensure it aligns with the product roadmap.
Expectations
- Own the entire SDLC for the ServiceBridge product
- Own the ServiceBridge product backlog and roadmap
- Run agile ceremonies with globally distributed team members
- Manage all communication associated with product releases
- Manage all customer feedback and backlog prioritization
- Create and maintain a product backlog and release plan
- Work with design teams to create UI wireframes, mockups and prototypes
- Get buy-in and approval from customers throughout the process
- Provide product demos and presentations to the team and to customers
- Monitor and communicate product health through metrics
- Coordinate and support production release activities
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- 5+ years of Agile product management experience
- Strong experience and understanding of web and mobile development technologies
- Ability to pick up technical and business concepts quickly
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills

- Lean requirements gathering and story mapping experience
- Experience using JIRA
