Rewards Network (RN) is seeking a Product Manager to join our team of fun, engaged, smart, fast-moving individuals dedicated to building great products for our business, partners, restaurants, and consumers. This essential role will help to define and drive the roadmap and product development for our restaurant-facing products. As a member of the team, you will leverage your knowledge of RNs software products and relationships with key internal business stakeholders to determine business needs, articulate them into business outcomes/scenarios, and deliver thorough and clear requirements to developers in order to deliver high-quality software and products. 

What does a B2B Restaurant Product Manager do at Rewards Network?

  • Own the product domain of our restaurant-facing Marketing, Financial, and future direct/ancillary customer-facing Products
  • Own B2B Product Delivery by working with Sales and Business Operations stakeholders as well as directly with restaurant customers to build and grow our products, customer base, revenue, margin, reduce churn, optimize customer journey, service experience, sales and onboarding processes, etc.
  • Lead Product Development of our SalesForce Sales Cloud team to optimize the sales and customer service of our products, and work collaboratively with other product managers and development teams to enhance and launch products
  • Use strategic and qualitative thinking to suggest and inform decisions about key product delivery & development directives, be able to think about the forest and the trees as well as the branches and the leaves
  • Prioritize projects and development stories based on business value both independently and with the guidance of leadership as well as be able to articulate the value (not just what we want to do but why we want to do it)
  • Take products/features from concept and break it down into smaller & simple to understand project pieces
  • · Map out business processes / workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and define scope for supporting technology
  • · Collaborate with product and technology leadership, development teams, and key business stakeholders at all levels to elicit, identify, write, and review user stories and business requirements
  • · Regularly create easy to interpret Product Roadmaps to review with senior level management – able to clearly identify dependencies and risks to plan
  • · Help build and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features - be the spider-in-the-web to ensure that all the different stakeholders deliver what is needed
  • · Attend brainstorming sessions with key stakeholders while working through conflicting needs to reach agreement and consensus.
  • Fully participate in Agile development process & product lifecycle management

What are you looking for?

  • 2-5+ years of B2B product delivery & product development experience
  • Experience working with B2B marketing, sales, and product operations
  • SalesForce Sales Cloud experience required, preferably with a role overseeing the development of a highly customized instance. Experience working with SalesForce Marketing Cloud also highly preferred.
  • Bonus points for consulting experience in a client- and/or sales-facing capacity
  • Experience working with a business function to map out processes / workflows and define ways to improve them with the use of technology
  • Strong critical thinking skills a demonstrated track record of taking products from inception to launch is essential (go-to-market)
  • Independence, you must feel comfortable being able to create your own path while leaning on your product management experience to create business value
  • Strong Agile experience in software product development, across multiple products and development teams
  • Being able to fully grasp the concept of delivering a minimum viable product (MVP), how to determine it, and why it is important
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and with a high level of service orientation
  • Must have experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive business requirements and acceptance criteria (preferably in Given, When, Then format)
  • Enough technical acumen to be able to understand the underlying technologies and data structure at a high-level and be able to articulate that across the organization in easy-to-understand terms
  • Preferred experience working with data and Data Science teams to identify strategic opportunities to use data in a variety of different ways to increase value to our restaurant customers
  • Great interpersonal, communication skills, methodical organization, creative and critical thinking, analytical mindset, direct & diplomatic communication style
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Software Engineering, IT, or Computer Science, is preferred but not required
