The Role:

We’re looking for a Product Manager for our consumer facing product group. This role will lead the charge in translating our highest priority short-term roadmap items, driving them forward with the cross-functional team and iterating based on data. You will collaborate closely with our Design, Engineering, Solutions and Sales teams to identify, prioritize, and execute on high-impact opportunities and unmet needs. What you will be doing:

We’re looking for a Product Manager for our consumer facing product group. This role will lead the charge in translating our highest priority short-term roadmap items, driving them forward with the cross-functional team and iterating based on data. You will collaborate closely with our Design, Engineering, Solutions and Sales teams to identify, prioritize, and execute on high-impact opportunities and unmet needs. A few of the questions you and the team will spend time solving: 

• How might we implement features that eliminate friction for our users?

• How might we bring awareness to users about their numbers, what they mean and how higi can connect them to those who can help continue the user’s journey?

• How might we gain and maintain user trust for users while interacting with our Station to increase authentication and usage frequency?

• How might we ensure we have all of the data infrastructure in place for continuously gauging a user’s experience?

• How might we prioritize building features for our users that may also overlap with those whom are important and likely to connect with our customers?

What we are looking for:

• You have 2+ years of overall industry experience with at least 1+ as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or equivalent.
• You are comfortable getting into design and technical discussions about the pros and cons of different approaches.
• You have a great track record of working with engineering and product teams: people want to work with you again.
• You have hands on experience with agile software development and associated tools (JIRA and Confluence).
• You have demonstrated an ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous and frequently changing environment while prioritizing and managing multiple sets of responsibilities.
• You have experience and/or desire to work with hardware products.
• You have product management and/or business experience in the healthcare industry (consumer and/or enterprise) is a huge plus.
• You are FLEXIBLE. We are a small team trying to do big things. What you are responsible for could change as our needs change. Problems will be thrown at you to solve. We are looking for someone with demonstrated flexibility and a positive attitude.

Key Skills:

• Participate in the development of the consumer facing product roadmap, strategy and vision.

• Maintain and evangelize our short-term consumer product roadmap and backlog for your team.

• Complete product bet documentation and run kickoffs with appropriate groups.

• Regularly communicate your team’s decisions and ideas with other product members.

• Participate in sprint ceremonies, and drive sprint planning for your team and deliver planned updates.

• Work with engineers, designers and other internal stakeholders to create specs, implement features and articulate product decisions.

• Ensure that your features are on track, high quality and meet the defined goals.

• Cultivate an intimate understanding of the end user and how they are responding to current and future features.

• Take ownership and accountability over projects and outcomes.
