Numerator Promo allows brands and retailers to quickly and effectively adjust their promotional strategy to better meet shopper needs. With the largest, most comprehensive promotional data set, we provide unmatched insight into proof of performance, competitive strategy and planning.

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager, Promo to join our growing Product team. You will play a key role in collaborating with a cross-functional team to create the best user experience for our customers while demonstrating your ability to think critically and analytically.

In this role, you will be creating, building and driving the product roadmap. You will act as the central voice for the product, drive product improvements, deliver insights and build sophisticated recommendations that will have a massive impact on the business.

Skills & Requirements

What you'll do

• Execute the product roadmap for Promo based on stakeholder inputs, research, and industry expertise
• Become a close partner, advocate, and a go to authority for internal and external stakeholders on the Voice of Customer, user pain points, product roadmap, and feature releases
• Gather requirements and create detailed specs/stories that are ready for engineering to execute on
• Document new features for implementation and roll out strategy
• Go deep on understanding Numerator’s products, markets, use cases, customers, and market trends. Develop frameworks to synthesize this understanding into insights for the business.
• Interface between cross-functional teams including product management, design, engineering, operations, marketing, and the customer success org
• Understand Numerator's evolving strategic and competitive position to continuously deliver differentiated offerings

What you bring

• 3-5 years in adjacent product management or equivalent experience
