Off-the-shelf order and part management systems create data silos and slow businesses down in the long run. Our platform creates a digital thread that tracks a part through design, production, and fulfillment, giving us data at every step of the way. We use this feedback loop to improve every step of our manufacturing process, as well as the quality, cost efficiency and speed of our operations so we can better serve our customers. That’s why we’re designing our own software platform.

As product manager, you’ll be diving into our data, our processes, and our customer needs to scope features for the software platform. Our customers want us to help them build things in unprecedented ways. We’re here to make that possible.

What we’re looking for:

Fast Radius is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the design, user experience, and roadmap for a subset of our software platform.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience with customer research, requirements gathering, working in cross-functional teams (especially product, UX, design and marketing), and driving decisions based on actionable metrics

• Excitement to solve ambiguous, big, hairy problems for the largest industries in the world

• You must be comfortable interacting and leading across departments within a company

• Proven experience building beautiful, intuitive software products from scratch

• Bonus points if you have a background in visual design and user experience or software development

• Ability and desire to work in our collaborative environment: open team room, deep and fluid interactions with all product and operations teams
