Rally is seeking a Product Manager based in our San Francisco, Minneapolis, or Chicago offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the product team to contribute to building and defining product strategy
  • You will work with Product and XD on Rally Connect user experience, and assist in implementations of a set of specified set of features
  • Collaboration with marketing, engineering, finance, design, program management, legal and other internal teams to strategize and execute on product features
  • Contribute to a strong product culture of continuous development and rapid test and learn
  • Lead implementation of operational enhancements and assist in triaging incoming production defects

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working with consumers in a Product management role
  • Bachelor's degree required, M.B.A. and background with Computer Science is nice-to-have
  • Confirmed ability to work in a dynamic environment focused on continuous product innovation
  • 1+ year of experience with Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies
  • Familiarity with JIRA is a bonus
  • You are strong with attention to detail including validated ability to run multiple, challenging priorities at a time
  • You have ability to use data and metrics to support hypotheses and conclusions for developing business cases and roadmap priorities – you should be able to clearly communicate data insights to colleagues and partners
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; you should bring a “Feature CEO” mentality every week
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with technical and non-technical employees
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills
