We’re a small team, so you’ll need to contribute in as many different areas as you can, including project management, training, and data analytics, to name a few. Objectives of the Role

• Create and maintain a product strategy for one or more product lines based on the overall product vision.

• Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, client feedback, competitor offerings, and partnership opportunities from an ROI perspective to ensure the company is building the right things.

• Work with design and development teams to ensure that features meet the overall business goals and success metrics set forth.

• Build appropriate go-to-market plans for new product releases by leading cross-functional teams through the product and business-planning process.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes including, product and market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, product definition, and product launch

• Create product requirements documents for potential products and features that define the product’s purpose, features, functionality, behaviors, and ROI.  

• Work with other product managers on the team to prioritize features and create both a short term and long term roadmap.  

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and security teams on the development, QA, and release of products, ensuring an on-time launch.    

• Work with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies that help differentiate UrbanBounds in the competitive landscape.  

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience working in the product management field.

2. A bachelor’s degree.

3. Thrive working in a high paced, agile environment.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in performing rapid A/B testing.

5. Demonstrable success leading cross-functional teams. 

6. Ability to communicate business objectives and stakeholder needs to the tech and design teams to collectively make decisions.    

7. Must have experience with data analytics, creation of KPIs and metrics, and determining ROI of products.  

8. Understanding SQL is a plus.
