Job Description
bswift is currently seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team.
Located in downtown Chicago, bswift offers software and services that streamline benefits, HR and payroll administration for employers and public and private exchanges nationwide. bswift’s state-of-the-art cloud-based technology and outsourcing solutions significantly reduce administrative costs and time-consuming paperwork, making life easier for administrators and millions of consumers who enroll in benefits with bswift.
Responsibilities Include:
•SME on the aligned product area
•Engages with business and clients to capture scope.
•Leads solutioning with other technical leaders.
•Breaks scope and solution to a delivery plan (High Level features)
•Helps in documenting size estimation.
•Provides training and mentorship to SCRUM team.
•Performs detailed reviews in SCRUM in refinements & Demo.
• Ensures the product align to the overall vision.
Required Qualifications
At least 5-7 years of experience in product management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with agile development methodology
Experience in benefits administration
Education
Bachelors degree
