We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to oversee the software quality control processes for NeonCRM, IOS/Android apps, APIs, and third-party integrations. You will be responsible for conducting manual testing sessions to identify possible technical problems in a staging environment, creating reports regarding software bugs, and recommending changes to the development team prior to a release. This position requires exceptional time management, technical writing,  and organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Verify and prioritize all bugs in product backlogs
• Conduct acceptance testing for product upgrades and fixes
• Record actual test results and communicate expected results to the Product Manager and dev-testing team
• Maintain and update test databases and staging environments
• Enforce established quality standards for the product and partnerships
• Work closely with the Product and Development teams in a professional manner during all phases of development
• Proactively identify opportunities for increased efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the overall testing strategy  and make recommendations to the Product Manager
• Learn new skills based on project requirements
• Conduct manual testing and produce release notes for monthly product updates

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of proven software testing experience
• Strong knowledge of writing test plans and test cases
• Ability to perform administrative tasks with agile tools including JIRA and Confluence
• Willingness to learn NeonCRM, Atlassian products,  Zendesk and other platforms
• Familiarity with APIs
• Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally
• Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional written communication skills to effectively interface with internal/external audiences
• Proven ability to learn new procedures and technology quickly and efficiently
