SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - IDENTITY RESOLUTION
About This Role
The Senior Product Manager - Identity Resolution, is responsible for driving the foundation of our advertising products: anonymously matching individuals across their devices, enabling advertisers to have a seamless conversation with them across any touchpoint in the digital landscape. The product manager will drive the twin objectives of reach (increasing the # of people matched across their devices) and quality (ensuring that the cross-device connections are accurate) while upholding the strictest standards of privacy in achieving their goals. The person we are looking for will have an analytical mindset, good technical skills and a solid understanding of the online advertising industry.
What You Will Do
- Work with members of the Conversant Product, Analytics, Data Science, Client Integration and Engineering teams to drive the Identity Resolution roadmap forward - you will be in the center of ongoing work related to identity resolution and cross-device matching
- Become a subject matter expert on Conversant’s capabilities on Identity resolution and understand how your role connects to the sales and media delivery process
- Use your SQL skills and subject matter expertise in Conversant’s Identity resolution capabilities to identify areas/new projects in need of attention that could greatly enhance the quality of our product
- Help educate the business and marketplace on why Conversant is best in class at matching and why this is critical to delivering high-quality and efficient media programs that deliver a return
- Mange a variety of projects concurrently with varying degrees of scope and urgency
What You Are
- Motivated self-starter with strong technical and analytical skills. Able to elicit cooperation from a variety of resources
- Someone who “owns it” – will take their projects/areas of responsibilities and develop a plan and manage full cycle to ensure completion/success
- Able to work with a diverse team and adapt communication styles and message content to appropriate audiences
- Comfortable working in a matrix environment
- Background in online advertising and a familiarity with core advertising KPIs
- Enjoys interacting with sales, senior leadership and external clients and is able to hold their own in front of these diverse groups
Requirements
- 5+ Years in a product management role related to the online advertising industry
- SQL skills required
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or business function
- Experience in methods used for Identity Resolution a plus
