Rally Health is all about putting health in the hands of the individual. It’s our mission, and it drives everything we do, which is to empower people with easy-to-use online and mobile tools that help them take charge of their health and health care, from improving their diet and fitness to selecting health benefits, and choosing the right doctor at the right price for their needs.
Our culture is built on a deep and authentic dedication to helping people live healthier lives. To do this, we are committed to innovating at every level. We are a company that continuously innovates. It cannot end. It has to be at the core of all that we do, which means that some of the things we’re going to do are not going to work – and that’s okay. We’re not trying to build something that is churn and burn. We’re building something that follows consumers over their lifetime.

Are you an experienced senior product manager, who thrives on solving complex problems? Are you creative, resourceful, and autonomous? If so, our team is looking for you! We are a small, nimble team within Rally Health working to build the next generation of the healthcare experience. You have built many products- failures and successes- and are just as excited to solve business and technical problems as you are in delivering a delightful, efficient user experience.

As a key member of the team, you are a passionate individual who can work across a broad group of cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products to market. You will gather use cases and needs from across the market, partners, internal stakeholders and consumers and then manage and communicate out a roadmap that is well-thought-out and demonstrates value.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Execute. Lead and drive a roadmap from requirements definition through design, development, launch, and post-launch analysis
  • Collaborate. Work across teams (e.g. engineering, product, sales, marketing, security, legal) to solve myriad complex problems in a creative and thoughtful way.
  • Prioritize. Oversee and own the overall execution of your set of product features and define which order is most impactful to the business and why.
  • Innovate. Contribute to a strong product culture of research, continuous development and rapid test and learn. Embrace new technologies and establish their value to our app users.
  • Competitive: Stay on top of all relevant health care and consumer technology trends, competitors, and market offerings and ensure your products stay ‘high and to the right’.
  • Operate. Actively manage the acquisition and engagement of users for your products. Drive your business by metrics.

Requirements:

  • FLEXIBILITY. We are a small team trying to do big things. What you are responsible for will change as our needs change. Problems will be thrown at you to solve. We are looking for someone with demonstrated flexibility and a really positive attitude.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a product manager.
  • Bachelor's degree required, M.B.A. or background in C.S. or healthcare a nice-to-have
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous product innovation while managing competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to support hypotheses and conclusions for developing business cases and roadmap priorities that inform the success of your products
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss complex business and technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with both technical and non-technical employees. Drive to develop clear, concise, synthesized recommendations.

Why join Rally? On top of an innovative work atmosphere and a chance to help people change their lives, we offer competitive pay, daily catered lunches, and an extensive benefits package for all full-time employees (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). In addition, offer the ability to grow, while truly making an impact in the healthcare system.
