We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our international team and keep the voice of the customer at the heart of our product development. As a leader in understanding the market, users, and business requirements, a successful Senior Product Manager will be relentless in speaking with customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and communicating this at multiple levels so that we continue to make the right decisions.

Lawyers and the legal market are under immense time pressure, so having tenacity and creativity in finding ways to understand and solve market needs without monopolizing people's time is a must. Having existing experience of the legal or legal technology markets would be advantageous, but if you're a skilled Product Manager with a willingness to take on a new challenge, you'll be able to land on your feet. Understanding enterprise software sales and the relevant personas will be a critical part of having the right conversations.

Everybody has a different opinion on what the Product team should be doing next, and Senior Product Managers are expected to understand and manage these discussions, be familiar and comfortable with saying 'no' without shutting anybody down, and be able to give clarity towards the product direction and support those decisions with data.

Who You Are:

  • Market-focused, curious, empathetic
  • Energetic, flexible, adaptable to change
  • Willing and able to travel regularly
  • Able to operate independently but share knowledge freely
  • Familiar with total market analyses, pricing assessments, customer surveying, running roundtables and committees
  • Familiar with the acquisition, manipulation, and analysis of relevant product data

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and understand the marketplace, users, buyers, personas, competition, problems, and external feedback
  • Use market information to manage initiatives for future growth, roadmaps, and plan releases
  • Work closely with the Product Owners to deliver market information and give them the oversight needed to craft epics and stories for the development teams
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Services to channel feedback, mediate between teams, and drive consensus between different groups
  • Lead discussions, craft thought leadership materials, drive and communicate the value of new and existing products and workflows
  • Able to think about the strategic direction of products beyond tactical impacts

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in enterprise software product management: as a product manager, product owner, or business analyst in an agile environment
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Pragmatic Marketing certification preferred
