Position Details:

• Responsible for ensuring all Features have sufficient Feature Acceptance Criteria and follows up with Product Management in the cases where there’s insufficient information.
• Leads cross-team discussions and is the subject matter expert on cross-team features.
• Provides guidance to Product Owners and User Experience resources as Product Owners fill out the Feature Solution Documents (FSD).
• Is responsible for driving internal groups to prioritize cross-team requests so Product Owners and teams have a clear prioritization of their individual requests.
• Holds standard Product Owner responsibilities for their assigned team(s).
• Manages those changes with the various Product Owners to ensure the new priorities are planned accordingly for the teams.
• Is available to attend various teams’ iteration planning meetings to provide additional cross-team details.  When appropriate, provides guidance on the the cross-team UI designs or API changes.

• For their assigned team, leads iteration planning meetings and is the main source for story detail and priorities. 
• Facilitates communication between Product Owners to share details for test data and UI changes.
• Is a resource for other Product Owners to leverage during their team’s Story development/testing. 
• For their assigned team(s), is responsible for answering real-time questions from the team and coordinating with UX resources to update designs.
• For cross-team features, is responsible for ensuring the end-to-end solution fulfils the Feature Acceptance Criteria.
• For cross-team features, regularly interacts with the applications and services across teams to maintain awareness of the Stories and act as the overall SME for a cross-team Feature.
• Includes Feature requestors in the Story demo and incorporates their feedback into the team backlog.
• For their assigned team(s), makes time for Story demos and provides final acceptance of the Story.
• Understands the Stories for the next iteration and identifies enablement work necessary so that the team can effectively execute on the upcoming Stories.
• Will provide guidance to other teams regarding enablement work.
• Delivers regular communication or regular demos with internal and external stakeholders to give progress on cross-team solutions.
• Is responsible for working with other POs to update the System DEG and providing pre-DEG communication to internal and external stakeholders regarding any major system changes.
• Is responsible for final review of Release Notes after POs have provided their feedback.
• Participates in bi-weekly System Demos
• Works across teams to define and implement improvement stories that will increase the velocity and quality.
• Fulfills Solution Owner role for features and works them through the Requirements to Deployment stages, collaborating with Solution Architect and key stakeholders
• Works with Product Management, Solution Architects, Solution Owners and other stakeholders to define a product roadmap.
