What you will do:

Your primary function is applying your cloud technical knowledge to manage, setup, deploy and maintain Shelby AWS instances and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Production releases with continuous integration and delivering environments
• AWS Instance Management, managing Shelby AWS EC2,S3,RDS instances.
• Accountable for System and Application configurations, Application deployments, performance engineering.
• Accountable for Applications and Services monitoring.
• Security implementations and compliance assurance.
• Disaster Recovery Management.
• Production Support, Tickets, SLA and other metrics management.
• Support high end, complex problem management to identify complex problems and develop work around solutions and resolutions.
• Manage on critical problems span across multiple customer applications and infrastructures.
• Drive strategic improvements in systems, processes, and practices, Identify and Implement Process Automations.

Qualifications :

• Experience in DevOps.
• Proficient in DevOps activities.
• Strong understanding of continuous integration/delivery practices and other development and operation concepts.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud platform.
• Strong Knowledge on deployment automation on AWS Code Commit, CodePipeline, CodeDeploy
• Knowledge on Docker , Kubernetes preferred
• Experience in Application Deployments, Logging, Monitoring, Performance Management, Automating environments.
• Experience in Linux, Java, MySQL is plus
• Knowledge on Networking and Security.
• Decision Making and Problem solving , analysis to successful conclusion making the product continually better, ability to deep dive into issues and drive root cause.
• Application development experience a plus.
