About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager who is passionate about working and collaborating to build a great product and is capable of driving feature adoption and growth of our new platform, aligned with the strategic and financial objectives of the company.  

The Sr. Product Manager provides traditional product management support including capturing and translating business requirements to the engineering team, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, conducting marketing research and performing testing.  The Sr. Product Manager will provide a business perspective during the product development process and develop KPIs to measure overall business performance (e.g. operational, financial and customer satisfaction).  The Sr. Product Manager will have both internal and external facing responsibilities.  Internally, the PM will work with the engineering, data & analytics, sales and marketing teams to identify and implement features that improve adoption and growth of the platform.  Externally, the PM will work with integration partners to define project scope and objectives and support efficient execution and conduct testing.

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, specifically with SaaS products
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Defined KPIs for new products/projects
  • Developed and managed product roadmaps
  • Partnered with cross-functional teams to develop requirements
  • Partnered with UX for the creation of wireframes and visual designs for usability testing, prototyping and launch.
  • Conducted a range of discovery and validation research exercises in collaboration with UX.
  • Conducted product and market research, customer surveys and end-user profiling
  • Solid communicator, possessing strong presentation and verbal & written communication skills.
  • Exceptionally organized and very comfortable working with engineering and design teams.

  • Generated business cases and define requirements for new product features and enhancements.
  • Collected and transformed users’ feedback into product requirements.

  • Developed partnerships with 3rd-party providers to help accelerate Company growth.
  • Driven strategic direction of product development
  • Worked closely with Data Scientists and Decision Engineers
  • Formulated and tested hypotheses based on user research and behavioral analytics.
  • Worked with sales to identify product gaps from SaaS sales pipeline and existing client portfolio.
  • Managed product rollouts across our existing client portfolio for well-timed release to clients and rollout success.
  • Conducted and interpreted usability tests, A/B testing, and site surveys
