• Account Management

  • You are the glue that builds trust between internal and external stakeholders.   You are a great communicator who can manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously, and be comfortable managing deadlines without missing any details.  

• Customer Success & Training:

  • You are at your best when you help others succeed. You are a process-oriented thinker and your toughest critic. When you’re not developing programs, processes, and tools for helping our customers you’re questioning how we can improve our onboarding and retention efforts.  

• Digital Marketing:

  • You speak analog and can teach digital. Data is your boss and you use metrics to measure, learn, improve.  You are a Jack or Jacqueline of many digital trades including SEO, SEM, and email marketing. You can learn fast and write well.

• Inside Sales:

  • You are over-eager yet well mannered, knowing that you’ll win the day through polite persistence. You are self-motivated, competitive, and adapt to change.  You’re comfortable opening new markets as well as upselling existing customers.
