Truss is looking to bring on a Business Development Analyst to use their warm, personable email/phone/texting presence to help grow our clientele for Truss' commercial real estate brokers. This person will be able to build out the Inside Sales function as an early team member and collaborate with an intelligent and diverse team who values teamwork, out-of-the-box thinking, and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
Qualify tenants from a steady stream of prospective clients received via the company’s website (inbound leads)
Schedule discovery calls with brokers for high quality leads and conduct initial discovery calls for other lead types to determine viability
Close prospects independently or transition prospects to Brokers
Work with Broker and Inventory Management team to prepare custom Market Surveys for tenants
Manage all follow-ups with potential tenants until tour is requested
Organize tour schedules on behalf of the Brokers
Earn bonuses for new customers you gain for the company
Collaborate with the development team to ensure that operational projects are technically implemented to meet defined business expectations
Socialize new operational practices and facilitate best practices for training internal brokers across the country
Run ad-hoc projects that are often data-intensive and require comfort with numbers to make decisions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
1-3 years of work experience in inside sales
Track record of over-achieving quota and sales goals
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Action-oriented with the ability to multi-task
Experience working with Marketing Automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
Experience working with Data Visualization software a plus
