Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly under the Sr. Product Manager to quickly resolve all outstanding Salesforce issues
  • Participate on cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Data, Support, and Accounting
  • Work within the greater organization on building and maintaining standard and ad hoc reports
  • Work within the greater organization on all lead and opportunity related issues
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to help manage Campaigns & Leads
  • Setup new users based on Roles and Profiles
  • Deactivate Users as requested
  • Assist with deployments as needed
  • Acts as point of contact for all Salesforce.com user support issues
  • Provide new user training

 

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Salesforce.com System Administration experience
  • Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree (in related field, a plus)
  • Strong customer orientation (internal customers and end-user customers)
  • Previous experience working with remote teams is a plus
  • Previous experience working within a Shared Service Model is a plus
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across the organization and at all levels to drive results
  • Proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships
  • Strong organization, presentation and communication skills

Location

Our Chicago office is located in River West on the North Branch of the Chicago River. We have free shuttles to major train stations and CTA lines.
