Exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst who wants to work in a fast paced, exciting environment where you can see the impact of the things you do every day. This position will be as a Senior Business Analyst for our highly talented technology team. You will help evolve the Business Analyst role within the organization, will lead a team of strong employees, and will get to work with some of the largest companies in the country as we build out solutions for one of the country’s largest concerns, health insurance. We employ an agile methodology (Scrum) and fully embrace the fundamentals of continuous improvement, self organizing teams, frequent demos, only as much documentation as is truly needed and processes that make sense for the organization (not for the sake of process). There are times when we do produce some traditional project artifacts at the request of our clients, so it is important that someone in this role embraces agile, but is also well versed in other methodologies.
