Why this Role?

Trunk Club has seen explosive growth in 2017 and are looking to grow our social media, digital campaigns and influencer program.

We’re seeking a social media strategy expert to join our Public Relations and Marketing team. The candidate will have approximately 8-10 years of experience working in a similar role in an agency or corporate setting. The ideal candidate has experience developing integrated online and social media campaigns, coordinating large scale influencer programs to create comprehensive awareness strategies. They will work to drive engagement across our social media channels, monitor emerging issues and help identify ways to reach our target audience.

Candidates must have working knowledge of best practices in social media and marketing and understand the power of holistic online communications.

Responsibilities 

  • Strategize to create compelling content (written, photo, and video) for social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Instagram Stories, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube
  • Maintain and plan Trunk Club’s social media editorial calendar
  • Create and manage strategic online/social-first campaigns that incorporate best practices, trends and new technologies
  • Moderate and encourage a two-way dialogue between Trunk Club customers and other stakeholders
  • Research creative, trends in online programs and identify opportunities to connect with our audience across channels
  • Creates strategies to engage influencers and promote Trunk Club in new venues
  • Manage and grows our reputation with current and potential customers
  • Analyze and reports on engagement and metrics to the broader Marketing organization
  • Support the team with strategic insight and shares best practices to inform our overall strategy
