The Impact You Will Make:
This is a multi-faceted role responsible for the development and implementations of marketing campaigns in partnership with our most valued restaurant partners, large tier enterprise brands. You will be responsible for the day to day marketing relationships with the partners, working directly with their marketing team to execute strategy and reach mutual goals. This individual will work cross functionally across all aspects of the growth and brand organization to think holistically about how enterprise brands can integrate into our larger strategy.
- Develop marketing strategies for Enterprise Restaurants to drive growth for Grubhub and the restaurant partner, including campaign strategy, promo recommendations, co-marketing campaigns and growth marketing tactics.
- Should have strong presentation and persuasion skills to build trust leading to strong relationships with our partners.
- Interact with different levels of management internally and externally. Collaborate effectively with CRM, Brand, Creative, Legal, Sales and product marketing teams to create integrated programs that support multiple business objectives. Ability to think critically about what projects are priority and how they ladder up to larger team goals.
- Report on campaign performance both internally and externally, using results and analytics to further prove the value of Grubhub marketing and determine which tactics work best for Grubhub internally.
- Strategize, create and execute on testing plans to understand the best ways to drive growth through either multi-brands campaigns or single brand tactics.
- Work with the sales team to create scalable marketing toolkits and resources that can be used across all brands, not only the ones that you support.
What You Bring to the Table
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, account management, relationship management, advertising or business development
- Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications or related fields.
- Excellent negotiation, communications, organization, data/measurement and team-work skills
- Cross-functional project management skills and experience working with creative teams
- Proficiency in campaign analysis, using data to prove results using excel, tableau and SQL
- Proven success executing end-to-end marketing campaigns including managing project timelines and implementations with little oversight or support from manager
- Strong presentation and deck development skills
- Detail-oriented, creative thinker and efficiency-minded - balancing strategy with operational requirement

NY Salary Range: $88k-110k
The Base Pay component of our Total Rewards package is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to: job responsibilities, location, experience and, education/certifications. In addition to the pay component, this role may be eligible for equity and benefits as part of the Total Rewards package. The Total Rewards package will be determined at the time a contingent offer is made.
