What You'll Do

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative and impactful product marketing strategies that support the growth of our retirement business. The ideal candidate will deliver strong product marketing value, compelling messaging, monitor the competition, improve our processes, learn from our successes and failures, and use data to drive decisions.

Product Marketing is responsible for:

  • Building product/investment content that demonstrates our expertise and how solutions deliver participant outcomes and delight our clients.
  • Delivering best-in-class product and investment content to make valuable contributions to audiences.
  • Launching new products and services to help grow sales pipeline and relationships with our product solution awareness and adoption.
  • Understanding asset management strategies and developing simplified messaging that resonates and drives growth within our retirement space audiences.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree (BS or BA)
  • 6+ years of related work experience required
  • Intermediate level of knowledge of the marketing profession and modern marketing strategies
  • Experience helping to build strategic marketing programs that deliver strong results

Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

  • Ability to translate data analytics into implications
  • Strong influence and informal leadership skills, with the ability to bring stakeholders together to deliver a consistent message
  • Asset Management or Investments knowledge highly encouraged, but not required

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range

$95200 - $182400 / year

Time Off Program

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environments

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You'll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
