Description:

As a Microsoft Dynamics Technical Lead, you will assist delivery teams with CRM solution planning, analysis, designing, building, and testing. You will work closely with product and project teams for the delivery of SaaS products and global suite of solutions that meet industry and specific customer requirements.  You will be considered a product expert that is also responsible for providing support in CRM issue escalation and resolution. This role is typically focused on more complex assignments, often requiring diverse inputs, processes, and/or outcomes with room for discretion within established parameters.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Leverage technical knowledge to design and implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
  • Support design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions.
  • Assist across all phases of project (e.g. Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, and Test)
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications to deploy Dynamics 365 CE and PowerApps.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure highest code quality and design patterns.
  • Proactively interact with Project Manager, customers, and wider project team to meet key milestones.
  • Ensure project quality meets standards through KPI identification and testing plan.
  • Oversee data exchange with sales, booking and online marketplace.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to proactively identify potential challenges to customer success and business productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree; MS Dynamics 365 Certification is desired.
  • 5+ years’ development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • 3+ years’ data experience in Microsoft SQL Sever.
  • 1+ years’ deployment experience in PowerApp (strong plus).
  • Strong understanding of MS Dynamics 365 architecture, deployment options, integrations, and customization capabilities.
  • Proven ability to identify customer and industry needs and translate them into effective solution.
  • In-depth understanding of MS Dynamics 365 core business applications.
  • Good knowledge of ASP. NET, Web Services, C#, SQL Server, XML, JavaScript, jQuery.
  • Strong experience in creation of custom plugins and custom workflows for CRM.
  • Motivated self-starter, able to change directions quickly when priorities shift and quickly think through problems to design and deliver solutions.
  • Experience working in a consultancy firm. (highly desired)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to travel 33% of time as necessary.
  • Ability to work within the US without limitations.
  • Ability to work in office / client site 3 days per week. (Required)

Compensation:

The salary range listed is for informational purposes. Credera treats all applicants as individuals taking into consideration but not limited to their professional and academic experience, specialized training, certifications and associated responsibilities as it relates to our specific industry. The salary range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for each unique employee. An estimated base salary of $135K – 150K with no variable component is anticipated for this role in the US.

Hybrid Work Model:

Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. We expect our team members to spend 3 days per week in person with the flexibility to choose the days and times that work best for both them and their project or internal teams. This could be at a Credera office or at the client site. You'll work closely with your project team to align on how you balance both the flexibility that we want to provide with the connection of being together to produce amazing results for our clients.

Travel:
