Technical Consultant - API
As an API Technical Consultant, you will work closely with our customers, manage expectations, and respond effectively to resolve escalations quickly. You will manage technical and application integration processes and serve as main contact point with customers with regarding to all API activities.
Starting base pay for this role is between $92,000 and $115,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will also be eligible for bonus and benefits.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with external parties when necessary to coordinate development between organizations.
- Capable of API delivery end to end which includes Planning, Design, Development, Testing, and Delivery of API(s).
- Manage creation and deployment of API design strategies and framework.
- Manage external developer engagements and solve complex technical connectivity issues
- Effectively communicate expectations, issues, risks, and decisions to all stakeholders related to API implementation.
- Proactively identify API usage issues and resolve escalations
- Become a Subject Matter Expert in our API processes with clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with both technical (developers) and non-technical customers
- Relevant work experience in API development and deployment
- Working knowledge of SQL required
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or other related field
- Experience with HTML, JSON, XML, etc. a plus
