About The Role

This role is tailored for someone who thrives on innovation and learning, offering a blend of digital tech development and in-depth healthcare industry exposure. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic collaboration with internal and external partners, defining and bringing to market innovative commercial offerings. As a key leader in strategic initiatives, you will identify opportunities for business expansion and develop partnerships through ideation, negotiation, and operationalization. 

What You’ll Do

  • Discover and define new digital solutions within the healthcare space, leveraging your technical curiosity and innovative thinking. 
  • Spearhead initiatives to explore and develop new business opportunities. 
  • Lead from ideation to execution, managing relationships with partners to ensure successful, innovative outcomes. 
  • Analyze projects for their strategic and operational feasibility, prioritizing those with the most significant potential to improve healthcare for seniors. 
  • Engage in decision-making processes with strategic partners, interpreting data to guide the financial and operational improvement of our services. 
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry trends and best practices, integrating them into our strategic planning to maintain our competitive edge. 
  • Coordinate pilot projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision while managing stakeholder involvement to guarantee project success. 
  • Craft and present compelling proposals to leadership, advocating for innovative ventures that drive forward our mission to transform senior healthcare. 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; ideal for recent graduates with start-up experience or early-career graduates with an interest in healthcare innovation. 
  • Strong relational skills to build partnerships with external parties, fostering trust and collaborative innovation. 
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, eager to initiate and manage dynamic projects in a fast-evolving tech-driven environment. 
  • A track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals, illustrating your capacity to navigate and succeed in complex environments. 
  • Keen interest in gaining in-depth healthcare industry exposure. 
  • Analytical prowess, with a readiness to learn financial modeling and strategic planning, turning complex data into actionable insights.
