Description:

An Administrative Assistant at Credera performs a variety of administrative tasks and supports one or more of our company’s senior-level managers.

The Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, generating reports and coordinating senior-level manager activities to enable operational excellence. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, solid business acumen and be able to act with limited guidance.

Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the senior leadership team.  

Responsibilities:

Leadership Coordination:

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
  • Coordinate professional and personal scheduling for the CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, and other company logistics, as requested by the CEO.
  • Coordinate or attend meetings on behalf of the CEO and senior executives, take notes and record meeting minutes as necessary.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to the CEO and senior executives.
  • Coordinate and manage senior executives’ travel logistics and related activities, including accommodations, transportations, meals, and expense reports.

General Assistance:

  • Conduct research activities online/offline as requested by Chief of Staff.
  • Organize and maintain a repository of key documents and artifacts for the Executive Office.
  • Understand formal escalation and review processes while maintaining confidentiality with all materials.
  • Represent the leadership office with professionalism and decorum through all channels of communication such as in person, video, written and verbal.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred), PA Diploma / Specialized Administrative Certification (Plus), or 6+ years of progressive administrative assistant work in lieu of degree / certification is required.
  • Two or more years of progressive administrative assistant experience in a technical, professional, agency or consulting services environment.
  • Two or more years of experience supporting a senior manager or an executive as an administrative coordinator / personal assistant.
  • Excellent business decorum and presence with strong verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive solution-oriented logic.
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new software.
  • Personal discretion, reliability, and business maturity.
  • Ability to work within the US without limitations.
  • Ability to work in office 3 days per week.  (Addison, TX or Chicago, IL)
  • Ability to travel 10%. (domestically)
  • Desire to be part of a leading management consultancy in digital transformation services.

Compensation:

The salary range listed is for informational purposes. Credera treats all applicants as individuals taking into consideration but not limited to their professional and academic experience, specialized training, certifications and associated responsibilities as it relates to our specific industry. The salary range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for each unique employee. An estimated base salary of $50K – 60K with no variable component is anticipated for this role in the US.

Hybrid Work Model:

Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. We expect our team members to spend 3 days per week in person with the flexibility to choose the days and times that work best for both them and their project or internal teams. This could be at a Credera office or at the client site. You'll work closely with your project team to align on how you balance both the flexibility that we want to provide with the connection of being together to produce amazing results for our clients.

Travel:

Our goal is to keep out-of-market travel to a minimum and most projects do not require significant travel. While certain projects can require frequent travel (up to 80% for a period of time), our average travel percentage over a year for team members is typically between 10-30%. We try to take a personal approach to travel. You will submit your travel preferences which our staffing teams will take into account when aligning you to a role.
