Position Overview
The position overview entails managing and supporting programs/projects geared towards fulfilling PCTY's GTM (Go to Market) objectives. This hands-on role demands adaptability to evolving business needs, ensuring efficient processes and focused execution to drive success.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and prioritize projects/programs in collaboration with business leaders, focusing on business impact.
  • Lead planning for cross-functional programs, ensuring successful operational realignment/change management and goal achievement.
  • Coordinate planning activities, including milestone setting, resource planning, and scenario planning, to develop a coordinated Sales PMO portfolio roadmap.
  • Identify critical interdependencies among programs and projects, addressing scope across initiatives and existing frameworks.
  • Prepare and provide clear status reports on program/project portfolios and capacity models within the Sales/GTM PMO Portfolio, tracking progress proactively.
  • Foster effective communication and relationships with partners, serving as a role model for good working relationships across the Sales/GTM PMO portfolio.
  • Cultivate trust and communication among all project stakeholders, sponsors, and team members to ensure project success.
  • Define, promote, and enforce good project management practices across the team, ensuring sustainability through capacity-building and best practice implementation.
  • Maintain a customer-centric mindset, emphasizing immediate and projected enhancements for both internal and external customers


Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years Program Management
  • 3+ years Leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex projects.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced Tech/SAAS environment.
  • Solid understanding of building quantitative business values for projects before they start and measuring success after they complete.


Preferred Experience

  • PMP/PMI certification; LEAN or Six Sigma
  • Prior experience working in a Sales organization

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $97,000 - $137,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
