<b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b><br><strong>This role is hybrid on-site (3) days a week based out of our Northbrook, IL, Chicago, IL or Raleigh, NC office</strong><br>As the Technical Brand Marketing Lead, you will develop and lead the implementation of strategies to effectively leverage our internal scientific expertise to drive brand perception and deliver business value. Acts as the liaison between our internal scientific experts and our brand and demand priorities. Identifies and coordinates opportunities to maximize our thought leadership visibility to support our brand to demand strategy. Partners, guides and collaborates with a passionate group of global internal technical subject matter experts. Translates complex technical information into digestible, emotive content storytelling and opportunities to support and differentiate our brand.<br><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br><ul><li>Create, launch, manage and measure a comprehensive program to bring external visibility to our internal scientific experts and expertise in a way that builds our brand story and differentiation. </li><li>Partner with internal group of technical experts to support the development of scientific content for external use. </li><li>Seek, develop and execute opportunities to highlight our scientific expertise through compelling brand stories that deliver tangible business value. </li><li>Serves as expert resource for industry marketers and business units in optimizing the "brand to demand" value of our internal scientific experts. </li><li>Partner with the public affairs, communications and business marketing team on optimizing our brand story in our experts' external visibility opportunities. </li><li>Provide guidance and partnership to internal technical experts on how to strengthen the connection of their expertise to our brand, including optimizing their online and social medial presence, refining their content development and presentations, and amplifying their created content. </li><li>Read and follow the UL Solutions Standards of Business Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices. </li></ul><br>#LI-Hybrid<br>#KM-1<br><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><ul><li>Degree in business, marketing, communication or a related field. Candidates with technical and/or engineering degrees with relevant B2B marketing experience will be considered as well. </li><li>Minimum eight years of related B2B experience </li><li>Experience working with technical subject matter experts and adept at translating technical and scientific information into compelling external facing content.</li><li>Experience in building programs from the ground up </li><li>Understanding of brand marketing</li><li>Ability to work in a matrix environment across a global organization to build partnership with diverse teams. </li></ul><br><b>ABOUT US</b><br>A global leader in applied safety science, UL Solutions transforms safety, security, and sustainability challenges into opportunities for customers in more than 100 countries.
