Job Description:
Responsible for analyzing data and developing short- and long-term funding plans, liquidity plans, interest rate risk measurements, Comprehensive Capital Analyses, and funding forecasts. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
- Identifies and helps to implement technological solutions to help automate processes
- Proactively engage with a wide range of business partners
- Assist in the development and reporting of funding forecasts and balance sheet strategies under a range of economic and interest rate scenarios to guide NIM stability over the long-term and across the business cycle
- Conduct a wide range of analysis that support: Asset Liability Measurement, Funds Transfer Pricing, Funding Analytics, Interest Rate Risk Management, Capital and Resolution Planning, Liquidity Analysis, and Corporate Funding and Cash Management
- Manages regulatory and strategic requirements designed to mitigate risk through the economic cycle.
- Assists with the development of communications to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Generates reports and provides updates to management.
- Performs analyses that support Treasury decisions.
- Learns and develops technology and data analysis skills
Minimum Qualifications

- H.S. Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in General Business
- 1+ years of experience in Financial Analysis and/or Banking

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $58,500.00 to $90,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
