WHO ARE YOU

You are a talented and driven individual who is eager to start a career in sales, and is excited by uncovering, developing, and qualifying new sales opportunities through strategic research and outreach. You’ll work closely with the top performers and leaders of the Provider Solutions sales team to fuel their pipeline and create relationships that will drive impact and action. As the Account Coordinator, it’s essential that you act as the Outcome Health evangelist by sharing our mission with key decision makers and opening sales opportunities through cold calling. You will be integral in the preparation and strategy of sales meetings, and will help us exceed our membership and product integration goals.

You have a passion for connecting with others and thrive in a culture of innovation. You understand that goals can only be achieved through collaboration, hard work, and resilience and are motivated to make a difference within an organization. Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of over the phone sales or appointment setting experience
  • Experience in healthcare or technology industries are a plus
  • Proven track record of success in business development, target attainment and/or transferable skill-set with a strong motivation to build a career in sales
  • Coachable, goal focused, organized, adaptable, resilient, hardworking and eager to succeed
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships and drive results across roles and team members
