Account Coordinator - Entry Level
We're hiring a VIP - an Account Coordinator to arm our Account Strategy team with front-line support, data, and insight. Our growing Consulting practice works with SMBs and large Fortune 100 brands. In this support role the challenges you’ll face on a daily basis will be unlike anywhere else -- we’re solving problems that haven’t been solved before. This role is perfect for a self-driven candidate that’s amazingly organized and wants to explore a career working in account management.
What you'll be doing as our Account Coordinator:
You’ll support 2-3 Account Strategists, providing front-line client support for healthcare companies leveraging myCNAjobs’ suite of tools
Answering client calls, booking meetings, and triaging requests / product support
Learning the brand and product inside and out - you’ll work with our customers to set-up their recruitment accounts
Scheduling appointments and booking recruitment reviews for your assigned Strategists
Working one-on-one with clients to help set up recruiting events on behalf of the strategy outlined by your Account Strategist
CRM management
Promoting webinars and marketing events and driving people to attend via phone, email, social, etc.
Most importantly, you'll help build a business that is changing the face of healthcare recruitment. We'll look to you for product feedback - we're a place that cares about your opinion.

Bachelor’s degree
Our ideal candidate has at least 1 year of sales, admin, or customer service experience (or a track record of successful internships)
Tech Savvy (a must - you know your way around learning a new software and the ins and outs of e-mail, MS Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
CRM Experience is a plus
The ability to be agile & multi-task (your someone that can have your e-mail open, while on the phone, and talking over chat)
Enthusiastic & optimistic
Coachable. Listens to and implements advice from manager.
Strong organization, time, and project management skills. A necessity to success here.
A hunger to learn, change, and adapt to a quickly changing market and evolving product.
Resourceful. Goes over, under, around a challenge to find success.
