Account Development Representative at Civis Analytics
Are you an ambitious professional seeking an access point to a sales career in the technology and analytics industry? If so, the Account Development Representative position is for you!
The Account Development Representative will work with a group of seasoned sales and marketing professionals to generate sales leads, set qualified introductory meetings for the account executive team, and qualify leads created by the marketing department.

The ideal candidate is competitive, energetic, passionate and aggressive in their pursuit of excellence. Successful Account Development Representatives will be considered for advancement to higher-level sales positions within the department.

Civis Analytics has opportunities for applicants who are seasoned professionals, brilliant newcomers, and anywhere in between. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals from diverse backgrounds with demonstrated quantitative and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads in prospective accounts
  • Contact leads to set up appointments for account executives
  • Execute outbound lead generation activities
  • Make outbound calls and call on marketing-generated inbound leads
  • Meet monthly and quarterly qualified leads
  • Work with account executives and management to implement prospecting strategies
  • Provide weekly accurate forecasts to the sales organization and executive management
Qualifications
  • Up to 1 year of sales related experience or similar
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of energy, motivation, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism
  • Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills
  • Open minded and a willingness to learn
  • Competitive and focused on achieving goals
  • Salesforce.com experience is a plus
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
