Who are you?

You've supported Fortune 500 organizations (and/or agencies), cultivated relationships with senior executives, and are a master at relationship management.

Reporting directly to the SVP of Enterprise, this role is responsible for the day to day management of some of Belly’s Top Enterprise Accounts, including 7-Eleven.

What you will do:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of enterprise relationships, overseeing deliverables from cross-functional teams

  • Work closely with marketing to plan dynamic campaigns that drive in-store traffic and sales for clients

  • Collaborate with analytics and operations teams to ensure flawless execution of programs

  • Conduct appropriate meetings with clients, organize quarterly/semi-annual client summits with all relevant departments, and keep everyone up to date with all relevant data, results, challenges and opportunities

  • Monitor metrics regularly, identifying areas for process improvement and design solutions that drive client success

  • Provide insights and feedback to both sales and executive teams on client performance and future needs

  • Diligently manage projects and timelines related to 7-Eleven and other top accounts

  • Work with Enterprise Merchant Success Team, to ascertain that agreed service levels with the client are met

  • Work with Enterprise Sales teams to coordinate the overall business relationship of the designated accounts

  • Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and social intelligence, especially over the phone

  • Be a hyper-organized self-starter with a positive, solution-oriented attitude

  • Be flexible and excited about adapting to new situations, responsibilities, and an ever-changing startup environment

 

Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant Account Management experience, agency experience a plus
