Our team is growing and we are looking for several Account Executives “that know how to get shit done!”  Our Account Executives enjoy a lively work environment with music playing throughout the day, Friday Beer O'Clocks, Fooda comp’d lunches, free snacks with unlimited coffee and drinks, a massage chair and, a growing collection of office games.  So you know what they say when life gives you lemons, make orange juice and leave the world wondering how you did it.


Main responsibilities:


  • Even though we’re VC backed, we are still a start-up so this is an opportunity to introduce our brand and ultimately build demand for our product.

  • You’ll sell human resources products that you believe in;  you’ll help introduce change to the way your customers live and work.

  • The role will interact with high level CEO’s, COO’s, CFO’s and CHRO's on a daily basis so you have to be comfortable on the phones

  • Engage customers in the HighGround product by validating the value it can bring to their organization

  • Proactively read up on our competitor’s products  and the human resources industry

  • Follow up and follow through -- We use salesforce for our CRM

  • Self motivation is key but being a team player is more important ( team drum circles are not out of the ordinary)

Minimum requirements:

  • 1+ year(s) of B2B cold calling experience

  • Top notch verbal and written communication, and strong attention to detail

  • Energetic, animated, vibrant and lively... most importantly you must have that energy that creates a get it done attitude to prepare you for success.

  • Open to receiving constructive feedback and are coachable
