Immediately, we're looking to hire 1-2 full-time Inside Sales Account Executives. The sky is the limit on growth opportunities. Your role can become as big as your talent and motivation can take it.  

 

What you'll be doing as an Inside Sales Account Executive 

You will be part of our inside sales team for myCNAjobs (a business unit within Healthcare Research), signing up new accounts through outbound calling efforts and inbound marketing leads.  You'll demo our product, guide prospects through a consultative sale, set-up free trial accounts (or sell immediately), and close. Most importantly, you'll help build a business that is changing the face of healthcare recruitment.  We'll look to you for product feedback - we're a place that cares about your opinion. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Hit or exceed monthly new revenue quota 
  • Work closely with your Account Manager and company executive team to live the brand in every communication and customer interaction 
  • Set-up free trial accounts from inbound marketing programs and follow-up to close the sale (you'll demo a suite of digital recruiting tools over the phone and close the sale after the week trial period)
  • Penetrate existing franchise partnerships (and help find new ones)
  • When you don't have enough inbounds to meet your sales goals, prospect and call outbound to generate interest 
  • Ensuring CRM and sales documents are updated, ensuring a smooth delivery process

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Our ideal candidate has 1-3 years proven sales experience 
  • Tech Savvy
  • CRM Experience
  • The ability to be agile & multi-task (your someone that can have your e-mail open, while on the phone, and talking over chat) 
  • High need for achievement and competition.  Loves to compete and win.
  • Enthusiastic, optimistic & certain of victory. Unfazed by rejection.
  • Coachable. Listens to and implements advice from manager.
  • Strong organization, time, and project management skills. A necessity to success here. 
  • A hunger to learn, change, and adapt to a quickly changing market and evolving product. 
  • Ability to succeed in a quota and goal driven environment
  • Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with prospects.
  • Listens patiently.  Will probe and clarify to get a real sense of customer's needs. 
  • Resourceful. Goes over, under, around a challenge to find success.
