 Job Title: Account Manager

Veritas Health is looking for a candidate who has an interest in maintaining and increasing client sales and revenue objectives by successfully retaining and serving current clients, increasing sales volume to current clients, managing client education on new strategic plans and/or products. This candidate will be the primary point of contact between customers and internal company teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of campaigns and products according to customer needs.

Responsibilities

Client Focused Responsibilities:

  • Meet renewal sales and revenue objectives by effectively presenting, negotiating and selling products and opportunities to current clients.
  • Clearly and accurately communicate the value of products/services and effectively influence and upsell current clients.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients and as backup to assigned Account Managers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Effectively and accurately communicate the benefits of products and services with clients.
  • Ensure accurate, timely and successful delivery of Veritas Health client products/programs according to objectives and customer needs.
  • Clearly communicate reports on the progress of client campaigns to internal and external clients on a timely basis.

 Project Management Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal department leaders to ensure the she successful launch of campaign deliverables by confirming availability technical, creative and operations resources to complete campaign deliverables so that campaigns can be launched on time and within budget or scope constraints.
  • Effectively communicate campaign objectives to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate campaign expectations to clients and explain and report progress of campaigns in a clear, positive and compelling manner.
  • Maintain accurate and updated data for all assigned clients in Salesforce and follow all procedures to ensure that all products are delivered to the highest quality standards. 

Work Location: Deerfield Office/ Home Office may be available with CEO and HR approval for extenuating circumstances.
