The Account Manager is a vital role to the success of the OfficeLuv team - they work closely with the Sales and Operations team to satisfy and develop client accounts. The Account Manager is responsible for cultivating meaningful relationships and discovering new ways to go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional service to our clients in Chicago.

- You are comfortable communicating through a mix of phone calls, e-mails and on-site visits to clients
- You're personable and professional! You have the ability to upsell products/services based on analytics while creating a meaningful relationship with the client
- You have an entrepreneurial ambition! You want to get the job done and are down to get creative!
- You can keep your cool in tough situations - you understand that things change and you view every challenge as an opportunity to learn
- You're organized and detail-oriented
- You've used Salesforce in the past
- Bonus points if you've been in an Account Management and/or Sales role before
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and maintain key relationships with our existing clients
- Establish relationships while continuously analyzing daily operations to enhance the quality of our product and service operations
- Work with the Sales team and Operations team to fulfill various products and services
