Chicago's most exciting startup, Bullpen, is seeking a high energy, out-going, fun, and self-motivated Staffing Account Manager. Bullpen @Shiftgig is an on-demand staffing solution for clients ranging from hospitality to light industrial who value our technology and ease-of-use. Located in Chicago's Loop, our Account Managers are responsible for growing accounts in the service/hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and growing a book of business within our core verticals
- Working hand-in-hand with recruitment team to ensure proper service delivery and fulfillment
- Professional and timely customer service
- Proven ability to develop relationships with candidates as well as clients
- Experience with recruiting resources and methodologies with proven ability to innovate
- Interviewing, selecting, screening and matching skills to clients
- Onsite supervisorial duties with ability to work select weekends
- Cold-calling, account reviews, orientations and other account management related responsibilities
- Heavy candidate and client interaction
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience (1+ years) in B2B account management or sales
- Significant experience in sales with an emphasis value based selling
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality market, recruitment resources, fulfillment and exceptional account management skills
- Excellent communicator, particularly in writing and online venues
- Entrepreneurial spirit, including the willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Experience with Salesforce or other recruitment CRM
- Temporary staffing experience a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Must be a team player
