Uncorkd provides interactive, digital beverage menus for restaurants. Instead of restaurant diners being presented with a paper wine list, they’re provided an iPad to view tasting notes, see pictures and get recommendations. Uncorkd software is used by hundreds of restaurants and bars nationwide and is quickly expanding.

We’re on a mission to disrupt the way restaurants manage their beverage programs and improve the dining experience. We’re helping the $200 billion alcoholic beverage industry better connect with restaurants and work more efficiently.

We’re looking for a talented Account Manager focused on customer success to join our team.  You will onboard, train and maintain relationships with Uncorkd customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, fast paced startup team where you’ll have a significant impact on the success of the business.

What You Will Do

  • Work alongside customers to onboard and train them on our product and ensure long-term adoption
  • Talk frequently with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success using Uncorkd
  • Constantly find new ways to wow customers and exceed expectations
  • Develop new ways to deliver real value to customers and help their business
  • Drive revenue by upselling customers to expand their existing service and increase contract value
  • Demonstrate commitment to our customers through the highest level of responsiveness and solution-minded approach

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years in an account management or a client-facing role
  • Self-motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and superb work ethic, with an attitude of doing anything it takes to ensure customer happiness
  • Strong knowledge and curiosity about technology
  • Some experience with design preferred (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, HTML, CSS)
  • Passionate and curious about the beverage/hospitality industry
  • A clear and impassioned customer relationship management philosophy, along with outstanding customer relationship capabilities, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
