About BookedOut:

BookedOut is a cloud-based technology platform that partners with experiential advertising agencies to enable meaningful consumer engagements with measurable results.

We support a community of users through our BookedOut mobile application. Users manage their profile photos, videos, brand experience, etc. to help book paying campaign events. Brands engage these users through our app by sending them push notifications with key activation details and campaign objectives.

The Role:

Activation Support Team Members will utilize proven processes, technical product knowledge and market strategies to support successful marketing engagements on the BookedOut network.         

  • Establish relationships with all pertinent platform users, including: mobile talent community, enterprise clients, event/field managers and independent contract applicants.
  • Identify and onboard prospective talent that will perfectly fit the needs of the BookedOut marketplace and become a valuable member of community.
  • Support marketing engagement logistics through the guidance of the Director of Customer Success and Activation Manager.

This position requires availability Thursday-Sunday for a minimum of 20 hours per week at a rate of $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with active mobile talent via the BookedOut platform before, during and after activations to ensure urgent inquiries are answered via the platform.
  • Support internal BookedOut teams as they provide client account support with expert recommendations to achieve results.
  • Expedite and confirm key communication deliverables effectively and in a timely manner from client to the field and vice versa.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to encourage user referrals, new registration, and increased activity by BookedOut’s existing mobile talent network.
  • Identify, match, and engage potential mobile users for immediate shift openings and future event activations based on the requests of the clients.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as the ability to master internal platform tools/software.
  • Experience with enterprise software tools Salesforce.com, Mailchimp, and ZenDesk are a plus.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Love for technology and curiosity on how successful companies leverage technology to become the best in their industry.
