Administrative Assistant - Account/Vendor Management
Full-Time Regular
Job Description
The Guaranteed Rate Networking team is looking for a passionate self-starter who be managing the setup and shutdown of data connection for remote offices. As an administrative assistant on this team you will also be procuring and recapturing equipment for remote branches.
Responsibilities:
- Order/transfer broadband internet for new remote branches
- Document IP/account information/portal login info
- Place purchase request for new/replacement network equipment
- Maintain the networking equipment stock for new branches
- Terminate accounts for closing branches
- Facilitate in the return of the equipment for closing branches
- Work with multiple departments sharing knowledge of the interworking's of the IT dept.
- i.e. Facilitates and Accounting
- Assisting in approval of network invoices for remote branches
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors/Associate Degree
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the mortgage industry preferred but not required
