 Overview:

Directly develops and maintains effective long-term relationships within the recruitment category and ensures a high level of customer satisfaction with direct responsibility for revenue. Responsible for providing sales, administrative and fulfillment support for $3-6MM territory comprised of recruitment and immigration agencies across tronc properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with an assigned group of customer accounts within the recruitment category.
  • Prepare cost quotations for existing and prospective clients.
  • Become a SME (subject matter expert) for rates, technical specs, and circulation/distribution details for all tronc properties
  • Ability to manage, execute and finalize the recruitment ad sales process by working with internal and external stakeholders so that timelines and quality objectives are achieved.
  • Use knowledge of immigration/PERM protocols in order to service existing and build new customer base.
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization in order to execute advertising for ad agencies, businesses, attorneys and private parties.
  • Manage and review client specific post-advertising requirements including billing statements, affidavits, proof of publications, online run requirement compliance to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Meets and exceeds all assigned revenue goals, targets, and qualitative business metrics
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Advertising concentration preferred) or equivalent sales experience (minimum 1-3 years).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting key objectives or revenue targets
  • Must work with a high level of accuracy while managing competing priorities under moving deadlines.
  • Significant Industry knowledge of print and online products offered, preferably recruitment advertisements.
  • Knowledge of CRM system preferred
  • Ability to become proficient in new technologies to efficiently manage business processes.
  • Successful relationship-building skill
  • Excellent analytical, written, oral, communication, written and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter, possess high energy, solid presentation, creative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task with strong time and project management skills.
  • Creative flair and enthusiasm.
