We’re looking for an Agile Project Manager to kick off all of our projects from start to finish. This means everything from planning to execution & delivery and, finally, hand off. You’ll help answer the age old question “When can we launch?”

As Agile Project Manager, you will ...

• Use JIRA to track team progress and delivery performance
• Understand bottlenecks and potential improvements to optimize how the team works
• Have a solid understanding of agile software development - in particular scrum, kanban, or lean.
• Participate in daily stand-ups with engineering teams
• Lead monthly retrospectives with each department, following up on any action items
• Provide agile process improvements and coach our engineering team to be as efficient as possible
• Understand and communicate priorities of the business
• “Talk tech” with our talented team of software engineers
• Drive accountability of all projects under your management - removing barriers for the teams implementing them.
• Communicate and track the project plan to cross-functional teams, ensuring its overall success.
• Improve, manage, and grow the agile process.
• Track and monitor the movement of projects and effectively communicate the status to stakeholders within the business

Skills

• Experience with JIRA administration a plus
• Software development background a plus
• 3-5 years of real experience with agile project management
• Great communication skills - verbal and written
• Must be able to demonstrate strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility - we work in a unique, fast paced industry where it’s important to be responsive and agile to internal and external changes
